Section 1. Assessments.
By two-thirds (2/3 votes of the membership, members may levy assessments against themselves.
Section 2. Expenditures
Expenditures of organizational funds shall be governed by policies established by the Board of Directors.
Section 3. Dissolution
Upon dissolution of the LCLCA, assets shall be distributed to the International College Learning Center Association (ICLCA).
