Section 1.
The Bylaws may be amended by a majority vote of at least ten percent (10%) of the membership at the annual affiliate or special meeting of the membership of the LCLCA provided the proposed amendments have been included in the notice calling the meeting.
Section 2.
The Bylaws may also be amended by a majority vote of the Board of Directors, provided no fewer than two-thirds (2/3) of the Board of Directors are present.
